- Active: Fees are still outstanding
- Canceled/Closed: No action to take regarding these fees

CHC uses the most recent EFT account for your distributions. We retain previous information for historical data, but it is no longer active.
Please note: for security reasons you can only view the last 4 digits of your account number. If you need additional information to confirm your EFT information please contact us.
